Specialist in pharmaceutical and medical law.
Anna provides legal assistance in Poland and abroad in the field of clinical trials, manufacturing, marketing authorisation, reimbursement and marketing of medicinal products and medical devices, as well as cosmetics and nutritional products.
She advises on public procurement and represents clients before the National Appeals Board in connection with contracts for the supply of medicines, medical devices and occupational health services.
She represents clients in litigation and arbitration before the Swiss Court of Arbitration (SCAI) and the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC).
Anna is the initiator, author and scientific director of the post-graduate programme 'Pharmaceutical Law for Business' at the Koźminski University and a lecturer at the MA in Healthcare.
Participates as an expert in public consultations on life sciences legislation.
Speaker at numerous conferences and seminars on pharmaceutical, medical and public procurement law.
In 2000 she graduated from the Medical University of Wroclaw with a degree in pharmacy, in 2002 she graduated from the Wroclaw School of Economics with a degree in economics and management, and in 2012 she defended her Executive MBA thesis at the Leon Koźmiński Academy.
In her daily practice, she combines legal expertise with many years of experience in management positions in sales and marketing departments of pharmaceutical and medical companies (Boehringer Ingelheim, Eli Lilly, Roche Polska, Medicus).
Anna also provides pro bono legal assistance in cases of social exclusion, including patients detained in detention centres and prisons, as well as ex officio legal assistance in commercial and labour law cases. She won the first prize in the Pro Bono Lawyer 2020 competition organised by Rzeczpospolita.
